May 1988 as the Factory Director of
Qingdao No.3 Foundry Machine works, which is a
backbone enterprise of The Ministry of Machinery
Industry and the state second-grade
enterprise.
July 1994 As the Chief Director of
the Former Qingdao Huaqing Foundry Machinery Inc.
and the major economic &technical indexes of
which had been in the leading position in the same
profession.
Jan. 1997 Stepped into Auto
industry for the first time –Qingdao Huaqing tyre
industry Co.,Ltd was established ,Mr Yang was
elected the Chief Director and General Manager of
the company ,which is one of the 50 excellent
enterprises .
Oct 1997 As the Chief director of
the Qingdao Huaqing Industry Group And the General
Manager of Huaqing Tyre Industry Co., Ltd, which
became one of the first five in China tyre
industry in 2001 |

May 2001 Established the
Qingdao Desheng Li Foundry Machinery Co., Ltd on
the basis of Huaqing Industry Co.,Ltd ,and became
the Chief Director ;Praised as “King of Machinery”
in China.
Apr 2003 Re-stepped into Auto
industry and established the Qingdao Desiree
Automobile Inspection Device Co., Ltd.
