1. Automatic Design: adopt CAD design, possess one complete set of drawing software
Advantages: directly input dimension of workpieces into equipment room which has been protracted in the computer to automatically allocate the impeller head, including location and amount to avoid coarse impeller blasting and left impeller blasting.
2. Cooperative Work: one work team, composed of designer, technician and production team, will be set up in charge of final application of equipment under normal state.
3. Quality Inspection System: after manufacture, the products will be inspected by quality checkout department; problems occur at installation locale are directly connected with salary of inspectors so that quality can be strictly controlled.
